Came here once years ago before the renovation. Staff was nice and service was good.
Customer service was terrible! Never in my life have I ever experienced such attitude. Not to mention one of the lug nuts on the truck was loose..(dad is retired senior master sergeant) is a mechanic... he checked the truck when I got to my location. She never did a walk around to notate any damage to the truck. Needless to say I should of kept walking when she threw her attitude my way. Sure my money would of been appreciated elsewhere... I will NEVER rent from here again.
Awesome service from an awesome woman. Always get our UHAUL from here. If she doesn't have what you need, she will try and find it locally. They also have storage but... usually fully booked.
