I told them I received a promotion in the mail and didn't want to call wanted to talk to somebody live and within 20 minutes Matt signed me up, had my cable box. Came home within the hour I was hooked up. Very fast, very easy Matt handled himself very professionally very courteous.
Went in there on a Sunday place was staffed with five people very clean new office. Four of us walked in at the same time the manager stopped working with somebody for a few minutes came over and made sure we were all signed in and took a seat.
Better watch this company they are serious get overs they are gonna cheat and beat u all the way in any and every way the can . PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR BILL
i’m signed in on a 2 year contract & my bill keeps going up. my bill is due the 10th of every month but it’s always shut off before then. waited 35 minutes on the phone with comcast to be hung up on(and not called back) after i asked about my bill. when my contract is over i’m switching to anything else then comcast. if i could give negative stars i would. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Just started service here and there has been nothing but problems with this provider. I was trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks and they just wouldn't show up. They will reschedule your appointment without even mentioning it. Then will have the audacity to charge your account $40. Luckily, when I went up to the store I caught this just in time to cancel it. I was given good customer service at the store, however, the equipment I was given was clearly used, just repackaged, so when I got home to connect everything I noticed how used it was and of course it does not work. They are truly unprofessional and can do a lot better.

Nice new store but same old crappy customer service. Wanted a new box but I had to call the 1800 number and they had no way of doing it within the store. So what's the point of this place.
