Buying your first house is supposed to be a happy and exciting time in your life.
However it's been one of the most angriest, continuously upsetting, and pissed off times in my family's.
So much more I could say about these worthless company's but it would be a whole book.
Have furniture, beds, tables and appliances all setting for a wk waiting for us to pick up from stores.
There is no communication between you and them or themselves.
After calling multiple times you have to wait a day or two to get an email or a 'call back'RARELY.

Also we were supposed to be in our home Dec 27 and we still haven't moved in.
Horrible real estate company. Would not use recommend using them for anything.
Just purchased my first home, went to rob mcgriffen and he was always there when we had any questions or concerns! Helped us with every legal step and got us to closing with no problems! Highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to go to rob and his wife and they will completely take care of everything you need
We took off work last wk thinking where moving, don't move and lost money.
Called in regards to home they had listed. I spoke with the listing agent and told her my position as far as buying a house. Asked her about a house she had listed for $179,900 she said oh no thats listed for $185,000.... i said well the listing states it is listed for $179,900 she said I'll have to look into that and said goodbye. Huh?????
KW 'Chemai Moore' our so called realtor and New Penn Financial 'Bobbi Jones' are the worst to me at their job.
This has been the worst experience ever, wouldn't recommend KW and definitely not New Penn Financial.
