I waited 16 minutes for my order, with no one bothering to let me know anything. And no one wanted to make eye contact. A simple letting someone know and suggesting they sit and you would bring to them. A drink....but why would I want an apple pie I did not order one.
It was nice of the cashier to dig in her nose while taking my order.
In North Carolina we had Bojangle's and in Delaware we have Popeye's. They both have great Cajun chicken and biscuits. Popeye's has more variety though.
Food is always great, service is usually slow, customer service is pretty good however my order is incorrect of just plain missing food 6 out of 10 times
It seems like every other order you make here they mess up entirely (because they don't care to get your order right). This place is so disorganized it's not even funny. I don't understand why an owner would hire a bunch of ghetto people to run their business. All you get here is lousy food, lousy service and a reason not to come back. No wonder this place is always so empty.
Also this Popeyes sold me some ROTTEN food! This place needs to be shut down! Still can't get the taste out of my mouth. Called corporate they don't seem to care much guess that's their standard now anything goes.
This place is a ghetto and is ran by a bunch of ghetto people that don't care about customer service or the quality of your food. The staff treats the restaurant like a hangout spot lounging around in the lobby, behind the building by the drive thru speaker and behind the counter conversing over you while you try to place your order but when dealing with customers they're rude and unfriendly like you coming there to purchase food interrupted their leisure time they can't even be bothered to greet you before taking your order. How hard is it to say "Hello".
