Stay away from this Budget Blind franchise. After five months we are still dealing with either incorrectly ordered blinds or blinds that do not work. Katie (I believe she is the owner of this particular store) does not return calls or emails at all. $5,000 worth of blinds, I expect better customer service. If you are sold on Budget Blinds I recommend looking elsewhere for a branch that has better customer service.
