Very kind! Very compassionate! Very reasonable price. A great service for pet onwers. My shepherd had a long good life , they helped us give her a good end.
Money hungry people. Brought our dog in they did bloodwork and xray. Found she had obstruction. Told us surgery would cost between 2500 to 5000. Couldn't afford that. So they said could keep her overnight for fluids would be 1500.so found someone to help us pay but then all of a sudden they changed the prices changed. Was gonna be 1800 to keep her overnight and we already paid 860. Then the surgery was gonna cost between 5000 to 8000. Had to just take dog home. They shady.
I brought my older dog in for bloat. I expressed my concern to the vet about her age, but he assured myself and my father that her chances of recovering through and after surgery were good, and euthanasia was never truly considered an option by him. I recieved a call after the surgery began that she was open on the table and there was a mass, asking if they should remove it. I said yes. Not long afterwards I reviewed another call that my dog had died and that she'd be sent to be cremated. This was December 18. February 1 we had not received her ashes. Went to ask, and they said we still owed them money after already paying them roughly 2000 for an unsuccessful surgery, and they said they'd told us to not do the surgery and euthanize her instead. I'm livid. We had to pay another 500-some dollars in order for her to go ahead and be cremated. It is ridiculous for this clinic to change their story to benefit themselves and to get more money off of an amazing, beautiful, wonderful dog.
Overpriced and very rough with our cat. The vet messed up on x-raying and ended up taking around five. The bill was overpriced and the vet wanted us to do more than needed (probably for the sole purpose of racking up the bill). The diagnosis was... Wait for it... Constipation. The bill was four hundred dollars for the vet to tell us she had gas and a slight blockage. Went here on a previous visit with another cat and the outcome was pleasant. It all depends on the vet you get, but it's not worth it in my opinion.
Kind and thoughtful staff. Comforting and caring. Accurate diagnosis.
