The young girl that waited on us was very nice the sandwich and donuts were fine. we had finished our food and saw a young man coming in to go to work at Dunkin Donuts.As we were leaving we noticed that he had thrown his jacket that had cat or dog hair on it next to the rack of uncovered Donuts. Really??? We will not go back to that donut shop I tried to complain by phone at the 800 number but the recording said it could take up to 25 minutes for a person to answer so I just hung up
Today was my last time visiting this particular Dunking Donuts. Some of the staff members can be not so patient when asking to check and see if there are glaze donuts that are more glazier or extra sugar in my coffee, they look at me crazy like I've asked for something from their own house. I will start to ride all the way across town to visit another dunkin donuts because this morning was the last straw for me to be treated without given me respect a costumer. Thank you and be blessed
Would be nice if drive through gave you total so you had time to get your money together instead of a "drive up for your total"
Food done right pleasant customer service. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is I hate not being given my total at the menu board so I have the chance to get the money together..instead of getting the total I was told to pull up .... people need to hear their total and have a moment to get it ready
Just your standard Dunkin. This one is a little worse for wear, but the staff is pleasant and efficient.
