Ordered online and went to pick up. Like the pick up process except they didn't give me the correct sandwich. Instead of what I ordered I got some type of greasy cheese steak thing. The French Onion soup was good so I ate that. IF I try them again I'll definitely check the order thoroughly before I leave.
The staff was helpful and patient as I became familiar with the menu and procedures in how to place and pick-up my order. My sandwich and desert was tasty and the atmosphere was relaxing. Do they make something like a minestrone soup with a lot of vegetables?
I love this new Panera in Dover. I go to Dover often to shop and before Panera there are mostly fast food options so this new place was a welcomed change. It's spacious, the employees are courteous and the food is just right.
Love Panera, so happy that we finally have one in Dover. This is a great coffee and breakfast place, though watch the calories on the pastries, lunch spot or even dinner. A favorite of ours for coffee and dessert. Highly recommended. Even been known to hold meetings at Panera.
Nice brand new location. Seating is plentiful, even for large groups. Plenty of parking. Drive through. The Sandwiches you know and love. My only complaint about the chain is that, at least in the past, the food tastes like I could have thrown it together at home with deli ingredients.
