Attendents were polite. Car quality, etc was fine. However, pick up at our hotel was delayed (1 1/2 hours) and attributed to the fact that we had made a same day reservation. Repeated calls inquiring about the pickup promised that they were doing the best they could and pick up could be soon. Bottom line - the pick up status provided was wrong and accurate information would have enabled alternative plans.
Had a horrible issue with Enterprise roadside assistance (luckily got the issue fix after the fact!) but Morris Frazier and Jihad ( Sorry if it is spelled wrong) help me tremendously when I was out of state great customer service! Had me in and out no issues!
Clean cars for an affordable rate. The staff are great. The $400 deposit may shock folks that are not aware of it. They do post it to your credit card as soon as you rent a car. I only had to have my car for one day so the deposit never posted from the "pending transactions" on my card. It was removed before posting to the account balance since I returned my car the next day. Very convenient location with lots of parking on site for someone dropping you off. I think they will bring the car to you if you qualify and give them far enough notice when booking. They call you quick to confirm availability when you reserve on-line.
Great service and friendly. Advise to go early however. They get pretty busy.
This office was quick to respond to my pick up at Dover AFB. DE. The office personnel was polite and efficient. I had my car and gone quickly. The drop off point at Andrews AFB Md was very convenient. Also, the staff at Clinton Md was very efficient in retrieving my cell phone I left in the car. I provided a prepaid USPS envelope and I had my phone with in days. Thanks!
