Friendly Staff. I don’t know what the other negative reviews mean with “rude woman” because all the women there was friendly and held a conversation. I was skeptical when reading these reviews but I’m glad I went with my own mind.
I always have a great experience here! Hygienists and dentists are so nice, especially my dentist (heather) - extremely great work and never makes me feel bad if my flossing isn't quite up to par! If you want a dentist you actually don't mind going to, this is the place!
I gave one star specifically because the ladies that work at the front desk are just plain rude... I've been going to them for around 7-8 years now, and I called to see if I could get a referral; however, instead of getting a simple yes or no answer, she talked down to me and acted like she was my mother. Not only was she verbally rude, but she even had the audacity to hangup on me. Needless to say, if they think they can simply treat someone who has been going there for numerous years so poorly, then they don't deserve my money.
I have been a patient for the last 5 years. The office is very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this office.
More importantly, I don’t have no dental insurance at the moment but the prices are definitely affordable. I had really bad toothaches to where it gave me an earache and headache, called them letting them know, got me in the day I needed. Will be my regular dentist.
I recently decided to switch dentists in Delaware, and after my first appointment here last week I know I'll be a regular! Both my dentist (Heather) and hygienist (Bonnie) were so wonderful! They were super thorough and gentle; it was clear that they actually cared to do a good job unlike other places I've been that rush through the appointment and can cause you pain in the process. They also don't make you feel like a horrible person for a lack of flossing etc., they just tell you what you could improve on in a caring way. Excellent dentist, 5 stars!
