OSL is top notch. There is a professional yet personalized kindness throughout the office...techs, assistants and doctors. Everyone took their time with my daughter. She loves the doctors and the views of Silver Lake. Our family couldn't be more pleased!
I have been having difficulties with my tmj and some shifting of teeth due to my clenching habit. Dr steckel took the time to get me the care i needed for my jaw first, before starting treatment. Once treatment was started, the process was quick and, in my case, pretty painfree. The staff is beyond friendly and very personable, never leaving me feeling like i was just another patient. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is inquiring about ortho treatment.
OSL is our favorite office in Delaware! The setting is unique. Tucked back by the lake the office is a fun get away for each visit. OSL pulls out all the stops to make this location an enjoyable visit each and every time. Staff members are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office is truly kid friendly. The waiting room provides complimentary drinks year round. Coffee, tea, cold water bottles, and our favorite -- the hot chocolate bar. My son enjoys checking himself in at the computer upon arrival, writing on the wipe board about the current topic where other patients share their thoughts, and his favorite is spinning the prize wheel at the end of a visit. Dr. Steckel is the best! I appreciate the staff's willingness to work with our hectic schedule, appointments start on time, and the office is a clean and comfortable place to visit. (A rarity in these parts it seems). We wish every appointment (pediatrician, dentist, etc.) were this enjoyable! I will actually miss when my son gets his braces off and we are no longer a part of the OSL family.
