I recently call to schedule an appt for a medical clearance and was informed that due to 3missed appts I would have to find another primary care doctor my problem with this is I agree I missed 2 appts but one appt I arrived 2mins late after calling to inform them that I would b late due to the train which is right at eden medical center so when I arrived the receptionist informed me that she didn't receive the message and that I would have to reschedule after coming from Dagsboro so when I need to have surgery in feb I have to look for a doctor after having Dr Patience for years Thanks A lot really shows me your care for your patient.
