I had an appointment today which did not require seeing a doctor. I was assisted by Lisa. She was very kind and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. She has great customer service skills. The wait to be seen was no longer than ten minutes. Overall I had a great experience.

Everytime my boyfriend has to come here we make a early appointments because the doctor is always running late and I am not talking one or two times every time he has to be here and it all way two hours later I just do not understand if you just open how you are already running two hours later one time we came in and he was running four hours late we told them we need to reschedule and they said it will be another 45 until they could see him
