The quality of the products are great! And we received great customer service with our second couch from Ashley’s! Unfortunately the restocking fees are very high so if you have to return something be prepared to pay. Otherwise overall good quality service in general.
Ashley has taken the time to ensure the customer purchase not only what they want but what they need. The Dover store is working hard at creating a positive and enjoyable experience when purchasing their furniture while providing the best value. Their staff is both very helpful and friendly!!! Purchased our table, chairs, a couch, and ottoman form here today. We stopped because there was a guy dancing on the side of the road for a Columbus Day sale. Derrick was very friendly. We did not make a purchase the first night we were there but came back the next day due to Derrick's personality. He didn't follow us like a shadow but was there every second we needed him. Definitely recommend the Dover Ashley with its friendly staff and customer care!!!
