This was our second go-around with our furniture. We had to do a re-select because the furniture we bought 5 months ago had manufacturing issues. Customer care offered (w/o me asking) to do an exchange. I had been very disappointed with the custom piece we had picked initially; needless to say I was relieved.. Both times, however, the Johnny Janosik staff was beyond helpful and kind. I will not buy from anywhere else. Good customer service is hard to come by but you definitely get it at Johnny Janosik!
Franklin helped us with our search for what we needed. I warned him he was going to be working with a tough customer but that didn’t scare him. He got me all the answers to my questions and was very patient. Once we made a decision, he turned me over to Autumn. She wrapped up her part very quickly to get me out the door! Everyone we came in contact st the store was very nice!!!
Service at the store was great. They were very helpful and explained the items I ordered would be delivered at different times. I was told I would be called the night before to set up delivery time. I had 3 different deliveries and never received a call. The day of delivery of the first item I called the store to see if it was coming and was told they will call before they comes. I waited and they finally called hours later. The same thing happened with the second. Today I never received a call at all and had to wait and see if anything was going to be delivered. At almost 2 p.m. the doorbell rang with my delivery. I am very disappointed with the delivery off my furniture and will shop elsewhere. Gave a 2 rating because I did get good service at the store.
I bought my bedroom furniture 9 years ago from JJ, I love the quality (Kincaid) of the furniture. The sales experience was not stressful and everything they promised they lived up to. So, when I needed new living room furniture they were my go to store. I found what I wanted, their prices reflected the quality - which was fair. The down side was it took more than a half hour for them to present pricing to us. The store was colder than a freezer so we eventually went to their entrance and outdoors to warm up. So the experience was bitter sweet. Advice - go there for quilt furniture- but wear a coat in The Summer and pack a lunch if you want pricing in a special order product.
The tv console was exactly what I wanted. The price was very good. Salesperson, store manager and the delivery men were all very courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone made it a very pleasant experience. I'll be back next year for another piece of living room furniture. Thank you!
