They mailed my son's records to an address they must have Googled instead of actually reading the release form that was sent to them. Forget that it took multiple requests to even get the records to begin with.
If you ever leave be sure to get copies of your kid's immunization records. I have been trying for 10 yrs and can't get a copy.
Dr. Kaza and her staff are hands down the best around. Dr. Kaza ALWAYS takes our calls no matter the day/time and always calls back to check up on the children after they have been sick. Dr. Kaza is very caring, and spends the times she needs to answer all of our questions.
