I went in as a potential new patient looking to grow my family. I felt the nurse was very rude and then when the dr came in she did not want to remove my IUD (what I made the appointment for) and she told me because if she did then she would t get paid for it since she was doing a routine pap as well! When I tried to ask questions I felt like I was chasing her down the hall, I didn't get the time I felt I deserved. Then when I went out front to check out, the receptionist was to busy in her PERSONAL phone and told me to "hold on" because she was looking for a picture to show the other girl. Completely rude and I will not be returning for this pregnancy!
They are excellent. Ive been a patient there over 2 years and dont plan on leaving.
This clinic is very small and unsanitary. It does not have sufficient AC or heat They are understaffed and not so friendly plus very unprofessional. The wait is tremendously long. I would not go there again.
The best doctor I've ever had! Dr Mangubat is YOUR doctor. She has been my doctor for over 3 years. She is quick but keeps on top of your information for accurate results. They are extremely friendly, and accommodating to people with lower income. Dr. Mangubat often volunteers her time and the billing office will help if a patient is in need. I have seen this just in the times I've been in the waiting room.
