The support staff you see is either indifferent or rude. The billing department is full of anti-social people that aim to push the clients away. No matter how nice the providers are, their support staff ruin the experience for everyone.
I saw Grace Rishell. She was good and explained her reasoning for her game plan pretty well. The customer service, in my experience thus far, is good. Office staff is lighthearted but professional, definitely made me feel at ease and certainly not judged. ***One important thing that i didn't know ahead of time is parking at the Dover office is in the back around the corner. You can park on the street but you can't enter that way and you'll have to walk around the block! But it's situated in a beautiful part of town so the walk didn't bother me lol ***
I saw Sarah Wolfe. She likes to give analogies to get her point across. Everything was "like learning how to write, when you didn't know how" to her. She focused on an issue that she thought was most important. One time, she even talked for the entire hour (more like 50 minutes). All I got in was, "My week was good," and she took it from there. I wasn't sure who the therapist was, at that point. I am disappointed, to say the least. If you're a good listener and you can work through your problems on your own time, Sarah's your girl.
Customer service is fine but the billing department rarely picks up when calling. I was told i had a balance way before i revived a bill which led to confusion.
My daughter saw Sara... She gave horrible advice to my child. I was amazed and confused. Besides the poor customer service the therapist only made things worst. If you think your delusional or depressed, she'll make you feel worse. I was shocked at her behavior but not shocked when I read these other reviews from so many others. Honestly I wish there was something more i could do than give a negative rating. Her behavior should be criminal.
