Good phlebotomist. Proficient enough.
Clinic it's self is great but now you can't even call them cause the VA has thought it better they have a call center to take messages and relay them to the clinics . S0 now you have to wait for a call back if you ever get one .what idiot thought that one up . Cause now if you need to talk to any of your providers it may take you days to even contact them.
I only had blood drawn here, but they were all friendly & professional. Much more friendly and one on one then Elsmere.

Today was labs. Last visit it was empty and they acted bothered.
