Doctors judge if your homosexual or not, google search your symptoms right infront of you, had kittens in office (people have allergies hello doctors office?!?). Unhygenic, rude staff, excessively long wait time.
Ms. Jackson is the best person in there. She listens and gets stuff done and is quick about it! Better than all my other ones where i waited 3 hours before getting seen.
When I first came to this facility it was due to a referral after I had a lapse in my health insurance. At first we got the ball rolling and the doctor I had Nicole Jackson was super sweet and so was her female nurse. These two were the reason I came back because of the fact they were super professional and they did listen to you. However dealing with the finance coordinator has been a bit of an unnecessary hassle in itself. I have emailed her twice and called leaving a voicemail. No one ever gets back to you. Over 2 weeks ago I left a voicemail because I was waiting 20 minutes (not exaggerating) just to reschedule a dentist appointment. Guess what? No one ever called me back to reschedule! I am starting to assume either they are not properly staffed to handle the high flow of patients or their staff just do not care. I rarely go to the doctor to begin with and this issue in its all makes me not want to go back. Or is it because I have a temporary lapse in insurance that causes them to not care? They do have a nice sliding scale but when you still don't have enough income coming in at the moment you are still expected to pay 70-80 either a visit or a month. Be prepared when you go in because you will have quite the wait, so 45 minutes or more.
COULDNT SEE THE DENTIST BECAUSE I AM NOT A MEDICAL PATIENT THERE. My insurance only is accepted by a few dentist locally, this place said if I transfer them as my primary doctor I could see there dentist but a six month wait, well by that time I can get into my dentist. After reading reviews and speaking with rep on phone it sounded sketchy.
I recently moved from New Jersey to Dover, I was on look out for a good doctor who cares and will listen to my problems. Well I was very lucky to come across Westside family healthcare, all the nurses were very caring and helpful and above all Dr Singh was very down to earth and tried to help guide me with the Delaware plans etc. Would I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends, Yes indeed ! ! They put in every effort to help the patient and are very caring ! !
