I've been with the practice for 12 years and it breaks my heart that I have to go elsewhere. I've been trying to get my two children their annual screening. I was advised at the beginning of the year to call in Feb for April and May. When I called I was told they were booked until August and the kids will be put on their cancellation list. Finally called again and was told they only have one provider and there was nothing they could do. As of today we will have to part our way and begin with a new practice.
Dr. Woodward has been extremely helpful to me and my children. We all love her. Coming from a medical office management position, I knew what I wanted and expected and this pediatric center goes above and beyond for me.
The doctors at The Center for Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine are incredible. I really like how courteous and polite they are regarding bedside manners. Everyone there including the staff are just so caring to me and my child.
I took my daughter to this place when she was a baby. They said they took our insurance and then I found out after two visits that they do not. At least this is what I was told. The second visit to this doctor's office they did not even know what I was there for and my daughter's doctor was not even there for the well baby checkup. They will not resend the bill so it can be resolved. Whoever they had doing the scheduling and billing could have done a better job. All well baby checkup done for my child were suppose to be fully covered by my husband's insurance. The lack of not knowing why I was even in the office was sad and I never went back to this place. I still have their "bill" that they will not resolve sitting on my credit report because they are too lazy to allow it to be fixed.
The doctors are very knowledgeable. I've had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
