Trish is the best! She's fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but we're happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!

I have auto pay on and I got an email after 6 months they were raising the monthly rent. Of course I am halfway across the world so there is not much I can do about it but pay the increased rate. Seems like a scam. Customer service was nice at least.
