Our home was packed in a unit here for only two months and things were ruined by mice(feces, urine, and chewing) WE DID NOT HAVE FOOD IN OUR UNIT. Also charged us for the month after we moved out. We are a military family so having a pest free storage unit is important to us, and should be to anyone. I'm thankful the mice didn't ruin our mattresses. Close to base but save your things from being ruined and go elsewhere!
HORRIBLE. We set up auto payment EVERY month for nearly 6 months because the first 3 months apparently the auto draft worked the other 6 our payments were miraculously not auto drafted, then we're late and we were hit with a late fee they refused to reimburse! We showed bank statements to support that our account had the miney, but their office did not auto draft as they were suppose to. We spoke to the manager hope every month about this and EVERY month we would provide all the information for auto draft AGAIN only to get an email and a late fee. We no longer need the unit, thank GOD and will be moving our things out this month. Do not deal with these incompetent people, it will only leave you frustrated and paying extra for their screw ups on a monthly basis! Poor customer service!
Fairly standard fare. Boats in parking spaces. Climate-controlled bays with doors accessible with access code. Identical in design to one I used in another state. Well lit, easily accessible.
