I will have to say that my experience at freedom rides was amazing. The help was phenomenal. If you want a great start on building your life and your credit then this is the place to go. They have a wonderful customer service team that will help you every step of the way. Those other place will turn you down but i promise that you will be turned down from freedom rides.Great job guys!!!!
I have gotten 4 cars from freedom rides and haven't had any problems with any of them and if I had any problems or concerns I just call my account manager and she would take care of it and would work with me and to make sure I am getting the best service from freedom rides as possible and the other good thing I like about freedom rides is the free oil changes and now you can make your payment online and they didn't have that when I first started but they have came along way since I have gotten my ford escape and when I'm done with my Contract I plan on going back for another car. I would recommend to anyone there not a bad company for people who wanna start there building their credit or have filed bankruptcy or have a low income.
Please, please , stay away from freedom ride in Dover DE my husband and I went to freedom ride to purchase a car so we bought the car with $300 down are payments is $210 biweekly after a week the car giving us funny sound we call the the said we have to make appointment for services like the told us we make an appt for the next day the check the vechule the said nothing wrong with it we have to keep driving it maybe it sit too long we said ok we drove the car to Middletown the car making other noise we stop at freedom ride on are way back the said it's the transmission we ask the can we get to in other car the told us no we have the warranty to use their services we said we went their alreday the said nothing wrong so we decide to return the car he said we have to pay $1,200 other for them to not send us to collection or pay $600 to get to in other car we're afraid samething maybe happen we said let go home to think after 3 days we call back for a paid off shes said we have to pay $13,000 and i don't like how the talk to us the talk to us like we stupid the don't its not suppose to be like that very poor customer services we wish we never face this place taking hard worker money for trash.
In a pinch I would say to go here but the interest rate on the loan they do and most of the quality of their cars is horrible.. ive bought here before and wasnt a good experience.
