Tina Major is the lady to see at Capitol. Unlike most dealers who try to put you ANYTHING to get you to buy, tell her what you want and that's what she shows you. Bought my 2013 MKX from her and went back the next year and bought a 2014 Mazda 6 from her for wife. I won't buy from anyone else. Told her my absolutes and she delivered! We still keep in touch.
Customer service really sucks, they completely went against their word and lied to me. When asked the GM got an attitude. We both exchange words. Bunch of liers there. Would not recommend this place. They are about making money by any means even if it means ripping of customers.
If I could I would give 0 stars... I was very disappointed with the service provided this morning, 1 I show up and the car Katie and I discussed more than once was not there even after she text me at 8am to make sure I was driving up to look at the car, 2 the “Manager” did nothing to help put me in a vehicle, I’ve never been to a dealership where the sales team didn’t try their best to put a client in a car, the Manager had the biggest male ego told me he couldn’t help and sent me off, didn’t say “well what about this car or this car” like any other dealership... mind you the dealership was empty! I don’t recommend this dealer. I drove off in a 2015 from Willis ford, so thank you For turning me away!
