Stopped by there today to look at a new truck. Before I even exited my car there was a sales guy practically breathing on my window. I never even looked at any of the new trucks because this guy was primarily concerned with my credit score or how many credit unions I belonged to. I don't like being harassed when shopping for a new vehicle. I would not recommend wasting your time with this place.
FREDDY IS THE MAN!!! I bought two cars from him in the past 6 months, and him, and his Nissan team amazed me the both times. They work really hard at getting you in something you really want at the price you are satitisfied with. Defiantly will be going back in the future, and hopefully still buying from Freddy. Job well done Nissan team!!!
Just purchased an Altima from Hertrich this weekend, after years of owning a Mazda which I love Mazda, car almost 20 years old still running it had its issues, but still running been in an accident, so had cosmetic issues, so it was time to let her go. My experience with Hertrich was a good one. I want to thank Freddy Argueta for being a great salesman, he was very personable, and knowledgeable on each car he showed me, a very nice pleasant personality, made the experience much better for me cause I hate buying cars experiences. The managers were. also nice, and the finance gentleman was very helpful and did a good thing for me to insure that I was even more protected after the sale which he didn't have to do.

Today is a snow day but we feel warm and are happy to be here to buy a certified car and trade in with Chris and Rocky. They are friendly, professional and take care of everything for us. They don't play price games, always are very gentle and smiling.
BEWARE! This is a "Bait & Switch Dealer" they advertise faux sale prices on their website to get you in the doors. When you arrive at the dealer to purchase a vehicle they then tell you that you only get the advertised sale price IF you take their 4% Financing Rate regardless of how high your credit score is. If you finance elsewhere you can't get the sale price on the car. I asked the Manager about this business practice and of course he became arguably defensive and then proceeded to further lie to me saying it mentions this on their website. It says Absolutely NOTHING about taking 4% to get the promoted sales price anywhere on their website I even had the Sales rep look and anyone reading this review can look too. My Sales guy was great though I'd give him 5 stars alone but didn't care for the sales managers attitude I found him to be condescending and trying to spin a lie to my family about their phony sales prices when confronted. Thing is we would of purchased the vehicle if it wasn't for that dishonesty. So if you see a "Sales Price" on their website call and ask them if that's actually the selling price or if you have to jump through hoops to get it. Their goal is to cut you money up front and give you an "alleged sale price" so long as you take a higher financing rate so that in the long run they get that "discounted car price" money back. Think of it as a new spin on "dealer fees" instead of adding on a bunch of dealer fees to a discounted car price to make up for the dealer lowering the price so they get their money back this place just gives the illusion of a sale but requires you to take higher interests payments so they make more money off you in the long run. Not a trust worthy dealer at all! I'm borderline wondering if I should contact the States Attorney General office about their advertising practices with their Bait and Switch tactics. Out of all the dealers I've visited only this one was so dishonest.
