I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 in June of 2017. I had purchased a Jeep Wrangler previously and knew I would come back when the time came to get another vehicle. My salesman Mr. Cruson made me feel comfortable and at ease through both of my purchases and I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. The dealership as whole is focused on the customer and they remember you by name when you stop by. I'm certain in a few more years my next vehicle will come from Holden Dodge!
Just bought a new car, Noticed there was paint scratched on the nose of the vehicle. Called to have it fixed and was told it would be $900 dollars. You kidding me.I just bought the car. Both rear tires had to put plugs in them they were leaking. Was told you will be fine. That's NOT customer service. Will NOT be doing business with them in the future. Shame on Holden Dodge for there customer service.
When buying a new, or used vehicle, if a customer noticed something wrong within the same week, or even two weeks after the sale. You better make sure you take that customer in and make the vehicle right. Rule of thumb, customer service will make or break your dealership. If a salesperson has to even say to the customer, "Don't worry we will just plug your tires, it should be okay." No, it is not okay. That salesperson should of ran and spoke with the service manager and the sales manager, and told them that this client has to get new tires due to the fact, Holden Dealership was trying to sell the customer with screws in the tires. Besides the fact that Holden Dealership tried to hide the fact that there is two little nicks in the front hood that should of been touched up and painted. Hopefully the GM of this so called dealership will contact Mr. Eric Specht immediately. Reviews are huge, along with word of mouth, and believe me Delaware is small.
We bought a car on line from Holden. Nicole (online sales) was quick to get us all the details, they met our price, even met us half way (us in Yorktown/Holden in Dover) with the car BEFORE we bought it to make sure it was what we wanted. The car was exactly as described to us and we completed the deal on the spot. They had pre-printed all the required paperwork. GREAT PEOPLE!! Honest and upfront.
I'm a repeat customer, Had bought 3 other vehicles ( total of 5 ) in the past 13 years ...I had bought a 2016 dodge charger scat pack, even tho it was an Awesome vehicle, I found my self needing to trade it, I traded up to a 2017 Challenger hellcat, I received an awesome deal, none could even touch the deal I received , I only gave the offer to one other dealer, before going to holden, and The other dealer wasn't even close ... I can't say enough !!!!!
