I need to update this review after buying my daughter a used car at Price Honda recently (fall 2017) I was very disappointed. The salesman was sleazy and misogynistic. There were several additional charges for things added on without our consent that we caught before we completed the sale. One of those items was a feature already on the used car we were buying and was shown to us on the test drive. They actually thought it was ok to then remove it because I refused to pay for it bc “no haggle pricing” I won that one; then we were told if we financed through them we get free service for a year, as we were signing the financial documents we were told that too was a lie. We set down our pens and they decided to also honor what the salesman told us. Be very careful who you deal with, this has hands down been my worst car buying experience ever. I will give Price the benefit of the doubt that it was the lousy salesman’s fault. However, I question their integrity keeping him on staff, I wonder if his antics make them enough money to risk their reputation.
My service experience at Price Acura was excellent! I had the A14 (Timing Belt...) service performed on a 2012 TL. The price was competitive (I shopped around (MD, NJ, DE)). There are no issues with my car (I drove the car over 2500 miles before posting this review, just in case something went wrong).
I love the Price Honda/Acura dealership!! Not only are the prices reasonable, the staff are outstanding. Every employee there was smiling and super friendly, even on this miserable, rainy day! They all even congratulated me on my purchase and shook my hand. This was the easiest and best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Bought my last 3 cars from Price. Very happy with their no pressure sales and knowledge of their service programs. All of the Acura staff have been great to work with.
The staff is VERY friendly! They treated me as if I purchased my car at their dealership (loner car, free snacks, car wash...). They even said that they would have picked up the car (for service), if I lived closer (1hr, 40min drive).
Just purchased an Acura MDX from here Keith was my salesman and was phenomenal. Everyone I encountered was. I live an hour and a 1/2 away and I was kind of a pest arranging as much as possible over the phone. They made it so easy!! I've already recommended them to another friend
