I've had 3 mustangs in my life and a credit score of 758 , zero debit great income and never had a co-signer on any car I've every purchased. Went to Winner and walked around and around and NO sales people would help me or even look in my direction! Maybe they didn't see me drive up in my 2014 convertible gt mustang looking for a brand new one. They probably assumed since I was a young black girl I was worthless and a was waste of time. Only a parking lot attendant was friendly and He came up to me and asked me for help and if he was a salesperson I would have purchased a car from him because customer service is everything to me! I declined help since I passed about 6 salesmen and I went to hertrich capitol and EVERYONE welcomed me with open arms! Bought a new mustang without even test driving it. Winner needs to treat everyone equal and not judge outward appearance.
I had an awesome experience. Ive brought two cars from the same car saleman Mr Charles Bailey awesome guy. This sale was better then the last. My car broke down I called him and told him what I wanted, he brought the car to my house so I could test drive it. We drove back to winner loved it. Got paper work started got finance and approved in an hour. Great service
The ease of use in scheduling the appointment online, as well as coming in under the amount I was initially quoted. I can also feel the difference with the replacement of the cabin air filter.
