I've recently moved here to Delaware and needed to find a dealership to continue service for my car. I was very impressed with Winner. George was very professional and personable. Was able to get an appointment on Saturday! They did the next service that was due and a few other things, that the dealership in Maryland had missed. Very pleased with the Tech Brandon. The service was excellent and they were willing to do everything they could to help us get the car we wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions we had.

Extremely patient and polite sales department. They gave me a great deal on a brand new Sonata SEL! They also opened an extra day just to give me extra time to complete the deal before the winter sale ended.
Employees don't care. I was interested in the blue link feature for my Hyundai Sonata, I figured I'd have to sign up for the feature at the dealership. So, thats what I attempted to do. When I get to the dealership, I spoke with the sales manager about signing up. "The manager, had no clue how I could get signed up for the blue link feature." I thought that was very strange, that the manager didn't know that type of information. Not to worry though, the manager was able to find me someone who knew how I could get signed up for the blue link feature. The guy I spoke to (I forgot his name), took me to his desk and asked questions about my vehicle, and the features I was interested in. He went over the pricing, and other useful information. I understood everything, and told him to sign me up. The guy tells me, I could not sign up at the dealership and I would have to call the blue link number. I called the number he gave me, and later found out, the number he gave me was an employee number. The lady I spoke with asked for an employee code(which I had no clue about). I told her I was not an employee, and she asked how did I receive this number. I mentioned to her, the number was given to me from an employee at the dealership. I told the lady, I was trying to get signed up for blue link, to which she responded, "I would have to sign up at the dealership." Long story short, I simply went to this dealership looking to get my vehicle signed up for blue link, but instead was sent in different directions to employees who don't care, or don't know what they're doing. There are other horrible experiences I've had with this dealership, but this by far was the worst.
