The doctors and nurses here are wonderful. The back end of the this center deserves an A+ plus rating, they operate phenomenally and do a stellar job.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! This office is beyond unprofessional. Dr. Pillsbury is sweet and tries very hard to work with you but the staff is rude they don't communicate and refused to schedule my son for his follow up that the doctor said needed to be done. After pulling him from the practice I signed a medical release they tried to refuse to send all of his medical records because he was a New patient and they were only going to provide the one visit. After arguing with the office they agreed to send all of his medical records that I had provided previously.
As a parent, I am on top of everything health wise with my children. I take them to see Dr. Pillsbury because I know she is able to provide them with great care.
Dr. Pillsbury is very knowledgeable with medicine. She has great care when it comes to my children and really does her best to make them feel comfortable.
After several visits I have found the staff and Dr. Pillsbury to be very unprofessional and unhelpful. After years of ear infections she would not recommend my son to see an ENT for a second opinion. Now as a teen, he has hearing loss and has undergone major ear surgery.
