The staff and Dr. DAVE have been absolutely amazing! They take the time to get to know their patients, which is very comforting. It has taken me 10 years to get a diagnosis until I was finally referred to Dr. DAVE . I had my diagnosis quickly and then we started with blood work and procedures to confirm. He has been nothing short of fantastic. His bed side manner is phenominal, he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to answer all of your questions. The nurse there is so sweet and caring as well. I love his office and truly am thankful for Dr. DAVE for being so thorough and taking the time to get to know me and my issues. He is a fantastic doctor and I am thrilled to have him on my side. I highly recommend him to everyone!
I have cancelled ALL future appointments with this office and encourage any one who reads this to do the same!!! As a patient, you should be treated with understanding and concern. If you want a cold, uncaring physician and office staff...then this is the place for you!!!
Dr. Dave is very thorough and answers all questions the patient has. He has really helped me find options in treating my condition. The nurses and other workers could use some improvement though.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an appointment and the DR who was friendly enough although it is a PA who takes all your info and the DR makes an appearance at the very end. However, most concerning for me was the lack of follow up/through. They scheduled me for blood work at another facility. The day of the appt, I get a call from the other facility stating that they needed a verbal authorization from the DR due to insurance purposes and never got a response. They had an entire 2 1/2 weeks to respond and didn't!!! I waited several days and called back and he STILL had not followed up. When I called the office, the scheduler (Meghan) told me she forwarded the info and there was nothing else she could do. When I voiced my concerns and told her, that I could possibly be dying and needed this to be done ASAP, I was met with DEADPAN SILENCE!!! There was absolutely NO SYMPATHY, EMPATHY, UNDERSTANDING OR CONCERN!!! My only hope is that one day, either them or one of their loved ones will encounter this same situation, and that experience will hopefully instill even a minuscule amount of compassion!!!
