I've been going to optometrists for 31 years. Dr. Yatskevich is the best and most thorough eye doctor that I've ever had. The staff is also friendly and attentive.
Eye exam experience was lovely but glasses are way too expensive and they don't accept returns or refunds, charge you if you want to exchange them and it has to be within 60 days. I would recommend getting glasses elsewhere as I am now out $600 with glasses I'm not crazy about.
Very happy with my experience. As a new customer I was treated graciously, the process was super quick and easy. They got me in for an appointment quickly, and the exam itself was very thorough and everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and personable. Both the technician and Dr. Yatskevich were great.
this place is poorly run and they overcharge for contacts. Save your money and go to a cheaper place.
My family has been coming to Vision Quest for almost 10 years. The staff here have become second family to us! Always friendly and helpful when it comes to our needs. What I appreciate most is their ability to take care of children with visual acuity needs. My son was a bit fearful of eye exams when he first started coming to the practice, but now he actually seems to enjoy coming in for his exams and new glasses. Everyone is very patient with him! They explain procedures in a way he understands which helps keep him calm! Dr. Gross and his staff are the best!
