Not for Prom dresses!
First and foremost I am a big fan of Charlotte Russe, and we stop and shop at quite a few locations around the world. At this location I couldn't help but notice as what a disaster it was. And as a local to the area it is a huge embarrassment. first off the entry display cases were an eyesore. not just a lack there of but does not even fit for the season. This store was the most filthiest store I have ever been in with FOOD just trampled on litter and everything else. It has not looked like it has EVER seen a vacuum! The inventory was not at all organized or even stocked with a lot just on the floor as you couldn't pay me to try it on let alone purchase it. The excuse cannot possibly be a lack of help as there were plenty associates none for which looked like they enjoyed working I'm not sure what your dress code is but one of your associates had what appeared to be pajamas on and bear foot slippers (This was a Saturday afternoon). Even if it was casual day it wouldn't be acceptable. Furthermore this store could do at lot more in sales if there was just a little customer service and possibly a greeting. It is just very depressing to see that lack of attention this store was given as if NONE of your staff cared. If it was possible to give this store zero stars I certainly would, however I guess you can give the 1 star just for the name. Hope to see some serious changes in the future.
Cheap prices = cheap clothing. Always empty. Shop online and save your gas
I hate them. I will never shop there again I how no one else will either. Order my things online in the 23 of dec. it is now the second of Jan and I have yet to receive my order and they keep pushing the dates back !!! I HATE THEM I HATE THEM I HATE THEMM!!! customer service is so rude and in store staff isn't as friendly either
