Had to look for help for item behind counter, but after wait was very satisfied. Assistant and cashier pleasant
When I got to the store I asked for help for a punching bag, and I noticed sales rep already standing and talking to a couple in the area, but they were just joking around. Turns out the sales associate was the one who was being paged, she just ignored the call. When she went to the back to check on the item she said they didn't have any. Why advertise it then? At least put an out of stock sign on the tag till there is more available. Then I went to buy an item that was under a sales tag. Turns out that item was in the wrong section, yet every single item under the tag that was the same I was trying to purchase was placed there. That store does not have good customer service, and apparently also doesn't know how to stock shelves.
It's a good store, neat and organized. I was happy with the price of the item I needed to get. I wanted a replacement part for a hiking poles but they didn't have the brand I needed. Not a surprise but it would have been nice if they did.
