Limited shoe sizes high price
Very good service, considerate staff and the manager goes out of his way to help the customer. Only wish Red Wing as a company would be as nice as the staff and update the product line to accommodate more shoe sizes.
Red Wing Shoes provides excellent service after the sale. I bring my Red Wing Boots in every year and they inspect them, install new laces and install new Boot Cream or Boot Oil. I have had the boots for almost 10 years and they look like the day I purchased them. Brian took care of me and did an excellent job.
Excellent Service
Would say worse service, but I didn’t get any. My husband and I walked in and neither of us got greeted. Nothing but the feel of being unwanted. For such a great brand that’s a horrible store.
