Dirty, Dirty Dirty! Elevator floors and doors were very dirty when I arrived. The desk in my room had grime,the bathtub had hair, the carpets were uuuggghhh. The staff was nice but they greeting me by asking for a credit card. No Hello or welcome...
The parking lot is small because it shares with a Bob Evans. The lobby has water stains on the the ceiling and was a bit warm for being a nice day outside. The room was fairly well appointed with newer items, but it definitely felt like it was a cheap reno. All that aside, the shower was nice and the water pressure was good as well and the staff was very nice and accommodating. But I feel the place really needs a full reno not just cosmetics.
Cons: Bathroom tub had hair in it. One of the pillow cases were dirty. Floor could have been cleaner. Could have better TV channels
I love this locate because it is centrally location. They like dogs. It is very clean and maintain.
The beds were comfy and seemed updated. TV worked well, lots of channels. Good location but for the price not at all worth it.
The customer service at this hotel is really what keeps me coming back. Everyone is so kind! Typical hotel breakfast fare and room accommodations for a hotel of this type (that is, if you're looking for room service and a spa treatment, you need to look elsewhere). Great value for the money.
Are budget-friendly hotels going downhill in the US?
They allow pets (big dogs as well) so I question if how well they clean after these pets.
