Draw fan in bathroom was in need of cleaning, plus when I was getting out of shower I noticed a dirty, used washcloth hung over the shower curtain rod.
Nice and quiet. Easy check in with a reservation. Kids eat free off the kids menu! Love that!
The hotel is a bit dated for the price the pool was untreated and green for a hot summer day the restaurant food was decent. The staff was excellent!!! Great Staff no matter what time of day the staff was very professional in a town where most of the local business customer service was subpar the staff at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond to accommodate their guest !! Great Job!!! Very well managed crew.
Rented a hotel for DSU homecoming this past weekend. Upon arriving at the Holiday Inn the associate was very polite in assisting us and letting us know in a kind way that we in fact did Not have a room booked there. Lol they were very professional in their assistance and we'll have to consider booking our stay for there next year!
About what you would expect in the price range for the location. Rooms are good, clean, but due for updates. The beds are on the firm side but not bad. There is plenty of parking and on onsite "bar"/ "restaurant". (We were not impressed with our dinner, and most folks have a larger more diverse bar in their house.)
The two people who checked me in at the front desk were either very tired or didn't want to be there. No enthusiasm what so ever.
Bed was comfortable.
