This place is amazing, being from NYC, It has taken alot for me to get used to being in Dover. I have been to a couple hotels out here but this place takes the cake. Paul and his wife were very pleasant and welcoming. The amenities are out of this world, and the privacy is A1, definitely will be returning. Need a break from the children glad we chose here
I booked this hotel 6 months in advance and received confirmation email from owner James Matthews. The owner cancels my reservation 1 month prior to reservation. Worst customer service ever. Beware when booking that the owner may cancel if one of his buddies needs a room. I would recommend a big chain where there is customer service. James Matthews will hang up on you and tell you "go pound sand". BUYER BEWARE!!!

Gorgeous rooms, private patio's w/grills. Lovely gardens. No better place to stay while in Dover.
My nieces had errific experience at this place last night. They were asked to move their cars because they were parked in the wrong spot. They graciously said ok no problem and move their car. Shorty after the cars were moved. Staffed Aggressively and abruptly enter in the Room I told a group of people to get out because they were not good enough to be there and they were calling police. Then the man continue to follow the young people to the cars yellng degrading remakes and calling them out of their names threaten to call the police. I heard the man continue to taunt them all away to their cars. Thank goodness that these young ladies and young men were able to keep their composure and get away from the situation. And yes this situation was recorded. Legal action is next.
