I loved my stay here, I stood here for 3 weeks. Tab the manager was extremely great!! The employees were all super nice but a few that looked grumpy. Breakfast in the morning had good choices and our room was very comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay again. Also, they had put in new furniture and a new bed during our stay which great! Thank you guys

On top of the housekeeping failures we had to get our room keys recoded 3x. Once we even had a staff member try his key and it didn’t work either. I only got blamed for keeping in near my phone or near a CC … I’ve never had this problem before.

This is the worst hotel experience I have had. I don’t plan to return to this hotel.

The location is convenient. The site needed some repairs. The staff was very rude however. This hotel is marketed as a family friendly hotel but the staff was mean to my children and made me feel unwelcome.

The sign in the bathroom says if you need anything. Just ask. Well don't cause they don't think conditioner is a necessity. Yeah maybe I'm spoiled. But I expected it to be in the room.

Ms. Nicky, front desk staff, was incredible when we checked in! After a lengthy 3 hour drive from NYC to DE, Nicky made the drive to Firefly worth it! Her cordial manner, thoughtfulness, kindness and welcoming approach was awesome! She made sure we were settled in nicely and even gave us some pointers on traveling to Firefly.

Having read the many positive reviews, I expected much more. I didn’t expect a five-star hotel but a reasonably priced suite that was comfortable and clean. Our experience started well enough. When we arrived, I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel management did what they could to accommodate us. But from there things went downhill. We were in for a 6 night stay. When we got ready for bed the first night the blanket was under two sheets so we had to remake the bed. Who puts the blanket under the sheets? Well day two rolled around and we expected housekeeping, Nope. I said something to staff, they will get it tomorrow was the response. They didn’t. This course continued and it wasn’t until after the fourth day we got someone to even empty the trash. We had to take it to the hall trash can ourselves. We were told housekeeping marked our room as having a do not disturb sign up at 3:15pm which is untrue. When they did make the bed they just pulled the blanket up and not the sheet. Given the quality of what I saw I’m not confident of how clean the things I couldn’t see are. If I wanted to do my own housekeeping I would have gone camping.

The hotel itself was clean and spacious. Would stay again!
