Very knowledgeable staff. Found a great mattress and got it delivered and set up with no problems. Good selection of mattresses, from low price all the way up to the very best you can buy. Also no interest for 2 years!
So we knew the price and a bed we were looking to get, but planned out a few places that had our brand. We started at Mattress Warehouse and met John. Very knowledgeable, polite, and with no pressure, really set the bar high on service. We hit up the other locations to only find that the service was no where near what we got from Mattress Warehouse. Delivery was a bit delayed and not as "white-gloved", as we had in the past, the bed arrived on the day it was scheduled and we were able to sleep comfortably again. Thanks to the exceptional service from John, I am writing this 5 star review so you can get the same experience we received.
The sales rep was extremely kind and helpful, even staying open late so I could complete my search, no rush, and no purchase expected. I love that they have the bed that measures your body and determines the best beds for you. I am extremely satisfied with not only my mattress, but the experience as a whole. I would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse!
Was supposed to have a mattress set delivered today. Had a phone call yesterday saying they actually didn't have it in Stock in their warehouse and it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday now. This is totally inconvenient. My husband asked them if they would waive our delivery fee for the inconvenience and they wouldnt.
