I wouldn't say I got what I paid for. Receptionist was really nice and room was clean, not too big but ok. Bad thing was I couldn't get any rest, I could hear everything - every door slamming in the hallway, steos of the guests in the room above mine, in the morning I was awaken by vacuum cleaner, what wasn't cleaning ladies fault, its just bad bad isolation.
Here for a quick overnight stay on way to the beach. Hairs covering the bathroom floor and the tub, both towels were stained, and catcalls from creepy guys sitting outside hotel on air conditioning units. Two stars because the late night staff was really pleasant.
Nice play to stay but they don't let you know until you get there that they have no rooms available
Front desk manager in the morning of our departure was rude and unprofessional in front of us. She corrected the staff in front of customers. That should never happen. The night staff at the front desk on the night (Dec 8th) our arrival, however was extremely friendly and helpful. Courteous she made a call to my cell to make sure I was still coming so she could save our room. I was pleased with the room and love the hard wood floors it gave a different feel to the room.
Absolutely NOT pet friendly! Although all well behaved pets are allowed at no additional fee, what website does not tell you is your pet must be supervised at all times while on premises.also, in my circumstance, this information was not communicated until AFTER my card was charged. As a result, i had no choice but to stay because it would take 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued which meant I did not have the necessary funds to book another hotel and management was completely useless and unwilling to work with to find amicable resolution. Filed complaint with corporate but doubt anything will come from it. Bottom line....website states pet friendly which is misleading and irresponsible. Only says that in order to get your reservation and money then tells you pet cannot be left unattended! And really, who books pet friendly hotel without intent to leave oet unattended in room, even if for a short tome period?
